padding: 0px;"><iframe id="MediPlayer" name="MediPlayer" src="http://sbscnbc.sbs.co.kr/vod/vod_viewer_flash.html?pmArticleId=10000913525" width="640" height="360" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="display: block;"></iframe></div></center><br><앵커><br>규제에도 불구하고 서울 집값이 급등하자, 다주택자와 고가주택 소유자에 대한 종부세 강화가 논의되고 있습니다.<br><br>여권과 정부는 종부세를 지금보다 1%포인트 더 올리는 것을 검토하고 있는데, 이렇게 되면 다주택자의 세부담이 큰 폭으로 늘어날 것으로 보입니다.<br><br>박규준 기자가 보도합니다.<br><br><기자><br>서울 서초구 반포동의 아크로리버파크 아파트입니다.<br><br>최근 3.3제곱미터당 1억 원 넘게 거래된 것으로 알려지면서 국토교통부가 실거래가 조사에 착수했습니다.<br><br>[국토부 관계자 : 아직 확인이 안되고 있어서… 원래보다 비싸게 거래가 된 건 사실이에요. 제일 비싸게 거래된 게 1월 18.7억이었는데 6개월 만에 6억이 올랐다고 나온 거니까…]<br><br>이런 가운데 이번주 서울 아파트값은 지난주보다 0.57%올라, 올해 최고 상승폭을 기록했습니다.<br><br>이렇게 집값이 잡히지 않자, 정부와 여당은 초고가 주택 보유자와 3주택 이상 다주택자를 대상으로 종부세를 더 올리는 안을 검토하고 있습니다.<br><br>지난달 정부가 종부세 인상안을 발표했지만, 그 정도 인상률로는 집값을 잡는 데 역부족이라는 판단 때문입니다.<br><br>민주당은 현재 3주택 이상 보유자의 경우, 과표구간별로 종부세율을 1%포인트씩 올리는 안을 검토하고 있습니다.<br><br>이렇게 되면, 과표구간별 0.5~2%인 현 종부세율이 최대 3%까지 올라가게 됩니다.<br><br>예를들어 서울 서초동 래미안퍼스티지에 살고있고, 대치동 은마아파트와 가양동 도시개발9단지를 투자목적으로 소유한 사람의 경우, 현재보다 70%가량 오른 1330만 원을 종부세로 내야 합니다.<br><br>[이해찬 / 더불어민주당 대표(어제, 30일) : 3주택 이상이거나 초고가 주택에 대해서는 종부세를 도입하는 것을 검토해야 하지 않을까 생각하고 있습니다.]<br><br>정부는 또 고가 1주택 보유자의 경우, 현재는 10년 보유하면 양도세를 최대 80% 감면해주고 있는데, 그 기준을 변경하는 것도 검토 중입니다.</div>
